Intermediate
Treatment Division
MIDAC has both the newest equipment
and technology and carries out
efficient waste disposal. We also
consider how we can best preserve
our planet's environment |
 |
| The
keywords for proper disposal are
"clean" and "safe".
In order to carry out proper disposal,
not only technology and know-how
are required, but also the newest
equipment. There are various methods
of intermediate treatment: crushing,
water/oil separation, neutralization,
dehydration and incineration. |
|
|
Crushing |
 |
| First,
the waste carried into our facilities
is classified, and then the crushing
of waste plastic, wood, paper,
glass, ceramic, etc. is carried
out. The waste is broken into
fine fragments, thus reducing
the space taken up. |
 |
|
|
|
| |
Incineration |
 |
| A massive amount
of organic waste is continuously incinerated
at high temperatures from 800 to 1000 degrees,
ensuring sanitation and efficiency. Moreover,
the remaining heat from the incineration of
sludge is used for dehydration and power generation. |
 |

| |
Oil
and Water Separation |
 |
| Industrial effluent containing oil
is separated into oil and water. The
oil is used as fuel for waste incineration.
Several chemicals are added to the water
to process it further. |
| |
Neutralization |
 |
| Chemicals properly dispose of and
neutralize both acid and alkaline industrial
effluent into harmless water. |
