Steps
in Waste Disposal |
 |
1.
Sample-taking
We judge the quality, form, and characteristics
of the sample. We also discern things
such as: the waste's quantity, load
type and generation process. |
| |
2.
Issue of Analysis Results
In cases where there is no analytical
data, we mainly measure for heavy metals.
About one week is required for this
measurement. |
| |
3.
Disposal Test
This test makes sure that the disposal
will be safe and determines the disposal
process. It checks things such as: the
amount of heat, residual substances,
chemicals needed for disposal, heavy
metals and toxic substances. These results
are reflected in the estimate. |
| |
4.
Determination of the Estimate
We determine a reasonable price through
negotiation. |
| |
5.
Contract
In the contract, we make clear the articles
specified by law: the date, type of
waste product, unit price and place
of final disposal etc. |
| |
6.
Prior Consultation
In Hamamatsu City, Shizuoka Prefecture,
prior consultation is necessary when
carrying in industrial waste from outside
the prefecture. We draw up the documents
and present them to the city health
center. |
| |
7.
Confirmation of Collection Schedule
Since there are situations where disposal
facilities find it difficult to accept
waste due to its quantity, we confirm
beforehand that the waste can be accepted. |
| |
8.
Observation of Initial Collection
We observe the first collection of the
waste to make sure it is the same as
the samples taken and to confirm that
there is no other waste mixed in, which
could cause trouble in our operations. |
| |
9.
Collection, Transportation & Disposal
In compliance with the law, we dispose
of the waste properly. A manifest slip
is required for each collection. |
| |
10.
Completion Report . Issue of Bill
After disposal, we issue our bill based
on the quantity of waste disposed. |
