Inaugurated 'Kojima Seisosha' as a company to treat sanitation in Shizuoka Prefecture.
Qualified as a non-industrial waste disposer in Hamamatsu City.

In response to commissions for collection, conveyance, and disposal of waste from the Kami village office, the company was extensively engaged in the waste industry.
July, 1964
Reestablished as Kojima Seiso Co. Ltd.
April, 1988
Constructed an Administration type landfill site in Kurematsu, Hamamatsu City
October, 1992
The intermediate treatment facility for activated sludge extended in the head office plant.
September, 1993
Increased capital (10 million JPY).
October, 1993
Constructed a dry distillation facility for infectious waste within the head office plant.
May, 1995
Extended the head office.
June, 1995
Constructed an analysis center on the third floor of the head office.
July, 1996
Changed corporate name to MIDAC Co. Ltd.

Extended a facility for specific management waste in the head office plant.

Opened Fujinomiya office and constructed
a facility in Fujinomiya City.

Established MIDAC Analysis (Bunseki)

Qualified ISO 14001 at the MIDAC head office.
Opened an industrial waste disposal facility in Toyohashi.

Established MIDAC Fujinomiya Co. Ltd. The facility is for the disposal of both industrial and non-industrial waste.

The facility in Toyohashi separated from MIDAC Co. Ltd. to become NIES Co. Ltd.

The non-industrial waste disposal department separated from MIDAC Co. Ltd. to become MIDAC Liner Co. Ltd.

Established Souseki Co. Ltd. for the recycling of industrial waste.

The agricultural operation department separated from MIDAC Co. Ltd. to become Sun MIDAC Inc.
